Writing About Film
How do I send off as film script?
After about 3-4years of coming up with ideas I’ve finally started writing my film scripts for a series of Sci-fi films baised on a second Great British Empire.
I’m really keen to sell the completed version to Sony Pictures due to the fact that Sony Corporation has a large role in my films and it avoids copyright law.
I just have no idea how I send it off.
Any help?
No studio will read a script submitted by an individual. Any studio that looks at your script, then rejects it, could never do anything that remotely is similar to any part of your script. They would be open for a law suite. To protect themselves legally you have to go through an Agent. It is not difficult to find an agent. You want a screen writers agent, not a talent agent or actors agent.
Do a solid internet search.
